Richard S. Oravec
(also known as "Dick") is the President and owner of B&M Provisions. Richard was born and raised in South Bethlehem. He is a lifelong Lehigh Valley resident.
Richard began his career at the Bethlehem Cut-Rate Meat Market in the early 1950's. His past experience includes sales manager positions and A&B Meats, and President of Allegheny Beef Company in the early 60's. Richard joined B&M Provisions in the late 60's and took ownership in 1970.
Richard's knowledge and passion for the food service industry is demostrated every day by our staff and to our customers. B&M has been a private, family owned business since the early 1940's.

is Warehouse Director, in charge of all warehouse operations. Ricky joined the business in 1977.

is Sales Director, in charge of all Sales Operations. Jimmy joined the business in 1979.

Joan Pacala
is Financial Director in charge of all Accounting Operations. Joan has a degree in Accounting from Allentown College of St. Francis DeSales. Joan joined the business in 1979.
